With our two-year Diploma in Therapeutic Recreation you’ll learn to help children, adolescents, adults and seniors improve their overall health and well-being and live full, independent lives through a variety of fun and leisure activities such as arts and crafts, aquatics, group outings, dance, music, sports and games.

Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition is available to experienced practitioners and/or those with related credentials, such as Behaviour Interventionist, Child Care Worker, Early Childhood Educator, Health Care Worker, etc.

within six months of completing the program, working in hospitals, mental health facilities, youth assessment centres, group homes, rehabilitation centres and more.
